On the other side there is APW7165 which also gives around 1v but according to datasheet with resistors that are used for a network (R1 9.96KΩ, R2 15.74KΩ ) on a fb pin it should be giving around 1.3 volts.
If we take 10KΩ for R1 and 15KΩ for R2 in theory it should be giving 1.33V so I guess that you are right about about purpose of AM113, it is for VDDCI and this APW7165 is for VDDQ.
Just to figure out why it's output is lower than it should be.
