Both programs doesn't support this BIOS.
I guess this is a real challenge
One thing I forgot to say, M722-H uses MIFLASH for flashing (but accepts M722 BIOS files without any problems) instead of FLASHIT.
The chip is: SST 29EE020
I also noticed that r1.03 is the only one with "BootBlock":
