Cold south bridge on GA-8IR2003 rev.2.0
Processor ,DDR,AGP, North bridge and other voltages are ok. POST card is saying FF.Processor and North bridge are normaly warm. No shortcuts on USB-s.
As I said in Subject south is totaly cold. Q73 (15N03H) in south bridge supply is giveing 1.81V but I chainged him for any case, but nothing changed. I measured capacitors near South and found BC574 that have bearly 6 Ohm to null and voltage on him is depending of processor voltage(without processor is 0v). Also, BC569 have 156 Ohm to null and 0.92V. Rest of capacitors have 1.81V(256Ohm to null) .
Any sugestions? "отвал юга"?

Прошейте BIOS. Если сокет BGA, проверьте его на отвалы, а так же северный мост. Так же можно заменить MIO, предварительно сняв преобразователи 75232. Проверьте прохождение сигналов тактирования и сброса.
English: flash BIOS. Check NB (and socket, if BGA) for solder defect. Also you can replace MIO (before it, remove all 75232 converters). Check both Clock & Reset signals everywhere they must present.

before desoldering anything, i would check for RST/CLCK signals on SB and MIO,first of all, then rest of major components, as well as i woild check, if there is a life on address bus, especially on bios;
assuming voltages are all good and sgnals are present, bios is active - then SB has "otval" ( also i would think there would be some irregularities with SB impedance (resistance).

After resoldering with air heater mobo start to work.
I had lucky with it because I had a short time for working and I had to skip other sugested measurments, but with the next pacient I hope to have more time tu do all U sugested.
