If you misread the part, Chino-Excel (CET) makes CEB703AL, which is a 30 Volt, 40 Amp, 50 Watt, N-channel logic-level Mosfet, TO263 case. Among its possible substitutes are Fairchild's FDB6035AL and Vishay's SUB45N03-13L (both listed by Mouser Electronics, www.mouser.com), and IRF's IRL3103S (listed by Digikey Corp, www.digikey.com).

2. If you meant CEB703AL, in a SMD220/TO263/D2PAK case, possible substitutes for that one include IRF's IRL3103S, listed by Digikey (www.digikey.com; 800-344-4539), and ST Micro's STB70NF03L, listed by Mouser (www.mouser.com; 800-346-6873).

3. This is a 30 Volt, 40 Amp Mosfet. You MUST provide the case style, when trying to identify or cross semiconductors just from the partial number off the cases. As you did not describe the case type, you will need to go to Chino-Excel's website (www.cetsemi.com/prod_inf-e.htm) and look up the specs yourself. The CET is just Chino-Excel's logo, and I find at least 4 different case styles for 703AL (CEB703AL, CED703AL, CEP703AL, CEV703AL). Moreover, there is even a tiny SMD case style (SOT223), that uses CETxxx for the full number, but no 703AL exists in that case style. Once you have the total information, you should be able to cross this to a device from IRF, Fairchild, ST Micro, etc. Devices from these manufacturers do exist, with similar specs to these 703AL devices.
