AMI BIOS CPU microcode identification tool
Hello!
I have original Compaq special motherboard and I would like to find which processors are supported by its bios. Is there any tool which show me info about CPU microcode for AMIBIOS like cbrom for AWARD???
How to add CPU microcode support to existing CPU microcode in current BIOS which I can extract using amibcp?

I think so:
1) Extract microcodes from BIOS to file
2) This file contains microcodes one after another....
3) So if we copy all needed microcodes to one file, we will get "normal" microcode module file
(or use reall.cod file instead of creating it by_hand)
4) Than insert it into BIOS
But this is ONLY GUESS!!!

Thank You for Your reply. I have solved it in a little complicated way. I've extracted microcodes form AMI BIOS, after that I've took any AWARD Bios and removed microcodes module from it and last I've appended my AMI extracted microcdes module to Award module. Cbrom has listed added CPU support microcodes without problem.
